Because of the vintage nature of our items, buyers should know that most pieces were previously owned. Please note that we sell our products as much as possible in their authentic and original condition. Vintage and Antiques have the charm of a used product and our products are in a reasonable, good to very good condition, but signs of wear and tear are present.
We do place many pictures and details of each product on the site. If you need more beyond what we’ve presented online, don’t hesitate to inquire more information like dimensions, additional photographs or details. This can be done in person, by phone, email or whatsapp; we get back to you asap. Statements given regarding any item on Retro Station, whether orally or in writing, are intended as opinion only and do not constitute a warranty. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition or any other matter concerning property available on the site.
Articles can be seen and inspected in the showroom without any obligation to buy. Visiting our Showroom is possible by appointment. Make your appointment by email, phone, whatsapp or via the website’s contact page
All the prices mentioned on this website are in Euros. An article’s price is for the product described in the product description. The product photos could contain elements and objects that are not included in the price.
Pick up, Shipping & Delivery
All our prices are pick-up prices.
Picking up an article in person or by a third party company/person at Retro Station is possible by appointment only.
Orders can also be delivered or shipped worldwide.
Packing and shipping services provided or arranged by us are at the buyer’s sole risk and expense. We make no guarantee of price, shipment time, or quality. Retro Station recommends that all customers insure their shipments through any method.

Shipping quotes are additional to the price unless other information is given. They depend on the nature of the products, which type of packaging they need to be delivered safe. A shipping quote also depends on the destination the product has to be sent to. Quotes for shipment will be given in advance of purchase.
For price of delivery by Retro station, do contact us so we can give you the price. This depends on the distance and nature of article. Delivery is only done to the front door of the ground floor.
Payments & Reservations
Buyers are required to pay for purchases immediately upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance of the order. All payments must be made in the mentioned currency, in any of the following acceptable forms of payment:

In the future, buying & paying with Visa or MasterCard will be possible on our website.
When picking up an item at our showroom, it’s possible to pay Cash, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard.
Retro Station remains the owner of the goods sold to a customer, as long as the buyer has not entirely paid the price of the purchased item and what any more is due.
Orders will only be shipped or delivered when paid.
A reservation of an article is only possible by paying a deposit. It’s the only way a buyer can make sure the article is reserved. Once a deposit has been paid Retro Station will not offer the item to other possible buyers anymore. Paying the balance and pick up of the reservated article, or ordering delivery or shipping needs to be done within 14 days, unless other arrangements were made.
No pick up or no further purchase, is no refund of the deposit and the article will be offered again to possible buyers.
All rights are protected. Reproduction or copying (even fragments) of the images, graphics, the text, the documents published on Retrostation.eu is not allowed.
In Europe, returning an article is possible within 14 days of receipt. The client has to inform Retro Station via a clear and unmistakable statement by email about his decision to return the article. After informing Retro Station about the return, goods have to be brought back or shipped back within 3 days and when delivered outside Belgium, returned within 5 days.
The buyer is responsible for payment of all shipments and any damage the item may incur during such time regardless of the reason for return. Extra costs made for packaging or other are not refundable to the buyer. Shipping costs or import costs to return the article need to be payed by the buyer and delivery costs are also not refundable. Items sold with a promo price can not be returned.
