Art Deco Bakelite Tobacco Jar by Bakemat Brussels
Art Deco Bakelite Tobacco Jar made by the Company Bakemat who was based in Brussels. This Brown Bakelite Tobacco Storage Box has a lid which can be taken off. It has a great Design; it looks like an UFO on legs. This Bakelite Decorative Box dates from the Art Deco Period circa 1920 – 1930. The Brown color of this Bakelite Box is still very nice; could look different by the lights used for taking pictures . There are no cracks or damage on the bakelite; only one very little scratch on a leg.
