Art Deco Chrome Umbrella Holder, 1930s
Art Deco umbrella holder. This umbrella stand dates from the 1930s and is made of chrome and bakelite. This umbrella rack in Bauhaus Style was designed and made by the Belgian Company Demeyere. It has a beautiful rounded shape and has two sections to place umbrellas. Chrome is still very beautiful and shiny. The black bakelite under is also still beautiful without cracks or damage. The ring around the bakelite has little traces of the points of the umbrellas.
