Bauhaus Style Yellow Bakelite Desk Lamp

Yellow bakelite desk lamp Bauhaus Style. This Art Deco desk lamp or office lamp dates late 1920s – 1930. This German antique desk lamp is adjustable as the shade can be turned in different positions. On the base there is a button to switch the light on and off, but that button does not work anymore. It was left there to keep it original and you can use the on and off switch on the new wiring. The bakelite is still beautiful without damage, the brass on the base does have some traces of age. E27 fitting.
