Antique Litho Tin Toy by Distler Germany. This mechanical Scissor Toy features Harold Lloyd who is known as a silent movie comic star. Look at the details on this antique tin toy: green top hat with a frog and spider, large eyes, black glasses, checkered shirt and pants and a large bow tie. When you close the handles of the scissor , the hands pull the hat up and also the glasses are going higher. This Antique German Toy dates from the 1920s.
